Rates :

Reservation Policy :
- To hold the Booking confirm 100% advance is essential during 1 October to 31 March.
- During 1 April to 30 September 50% advance is essential.
Cancellation Policy :
- During 1 October to 31 March no cancellation will be acceptable. Thus payment is non-refundable during this period.
- Booking cancelled 45 days prior arrival will lead to 40% of cancellation charge.
- Booking cancelled 15 days prior arrival will lead to 50% of cancellation charge.
- Booking cancelled 7 days prior arrival will lead to 100% of cancellation charge.
Child Policy :
- Child above 7 years would be taken as an extra person.
- 2 Kids in one rooms would be taken as an extra person.
Communication Policy :
- Communication has to be done via e-mail.
- Kindly use single mail id for all communication..
- No booking or cancellation will be confirmed on Phone. Only E-mail.
